ABOUT US
Olympic Ergonomics, LLC is an ergonomics consultation service based in the South Sound and services the PNW. We specialize in providing ergonomic solutions and consulting services to help businesses create a healthy and productive workplace. Our goal is to prevent workplace injuries and provide proactive ways to keep employees safe, healthy, and injury free while also decreasing costs for businesses. Olympic Ergonomics, LLC is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and improving their quality of work. We believe that a comfortable and healthy workspace is essential to achieving success.
MEET THE OWNER
Monica Moline, OTR/L, COMT, CEAS
Owner
Monica is a Midwest native and found her way to Washington by her love of nature and the mountains. She has been a practicing occupational therapist on the West Coast since obtaining her Master's Degree.
Monica's education and training as an occupational therapist has provided her extensive practice in activity analysis, biomechanics, and the muskuloskeletal system. As a clinical therapist, Monica specializes in overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, epicondylitis, and trigger finger in addition to many more common workplace injuries. She has experience in worker's compensation injuries, office ergonomics, task modifications, and workplace modifications. Monica believes that employee health and safety are key components to worker productivity and performance.
